Goal: The California Institute of Regenerative Medicine (CIRM), is a government entity that funds and provides infrastructure focused on accelerating stem cell treatments to patients with unmet medical needs. Despite being well-funded and attracting top talent in the regenerative medicine field, CIRM's brand image and message lacked focus, and market awareness.
Solution: Selected because of our nationally-recognized marketing expertise in this field, we worked with senior management to redefine CIRM's brand image and message strategy with "CIRM 2.0" rebrand and support marketing materials.
Results: Our insight was to develop visuals and messaging that emulated the very science of stem cells - powerful, intuitive, and efficient. The powerful new CIRM 2.0 brand image, clean sophisticated color palette and intuitive infographic visuals come together with concise copy, making an effective statement on reestablishing market leadership. The Phase-I rollout of the CIRM 2.0 program has already established notable gains in investor analysts and researchers alike.
