An international leader in the development and manufacturing of aerospace propulsion systems wanted to create an internal publication for its global employee base that would generate enthusiasm for its achievements. The piece needed to speak directly to the employee, instilling a sense of belonging and pride, and showing them that everyone has a hand in the company’s overall success. Our approach brought a more consumer feel to the publication, and focused on the human element behind the business. The engaging spreads centered on real employees doing real things, conveying the message that every individual’s efforts within the organization helped to drive the company forward.
