Wanting to establish a firmer brand presence in the consumer do-it-yourself market, this leader in fastener technology wanted to refresh its packaging, with the goals of increasing visibility, promoting its superior product designs, and boosting overall sales. To bring the complete fastener line under a single brand identity, we developed an entirely new system, with clear messaging and bold visuals. This system places the company’s corporate brand first and foremost, and incorporates a color mapping identification system so consumers could easily tell one specific product type from another. The otherwise identical design allows for quick and easy identification on store shelves.
